BEAVER TALE (HB)

Written by renowned environmentalist Ben Goldsmith and illustrated with beautiful, hand-painted drawings by Emma van Zeller, A Beaver Tale combines magical storytelling with ecological accuracy. Depicting over 60 key species, this gorgeous storybook introduces four to seven-year-olds to the vital role of beavers as 'ecosystem engineers' through the tale of one beaver's life. Leading both readers and non-readers through a series of charming beaver adventures, the book uses wonderful traditional storytelling to show how this species transforms its environment into a thriving wetland as it builds its home and raises its young.
