Art in Pastry begins by teaching basic recipes for sweet and shortcut pastry. The pies and tarts that follow make use of a wide range of delicious sweet and savoury fillings and a stunning variety of decorative elements. According to your needs, the recipes can be used to make a large square or round pie, or six smaller pies. They include a Broderie Anglaise lemon tart, a basket-weave feta pie, floral white chocolate tarts and a cod & chorizo pie inspired by antique tiles. Every chapter includes exquisite photography.
