WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU (PB)

Imagine you're constantly asked the same question. Imagine it doesn't bring back the happiest memories. That's what happens to one-legged Joe, a boy who just wants to play Pirates in the playground. As usual, one after the other, all the children ask him: "What happened to you?" Understandably, Joe gets increasingly cross! Finally the penny drops and the children realise that it's a question Joe just doesn't want to answer, and that Joe is playing a rather good game - one that they can all enjoy.
