CORNWALL IN PHOTOGRAPHS

The Cornish coastline is full of contrasts, from granite cliffs to sandy beaches, and crashing Atlantic Ocean waves to gently lapping water in tranquil river estuaries. With Land’s End at the tip of its long peninsula, no inland area is more than 20 miles from the sea. Humans have left their mark on the landscape too with wave-battered harbours, the atmospheric Tintagel (believed to be where the story of King Arthur began), quaint fishermen’s cottages, and soaring church spires.
