Description
Aberdeen Corporation Transport and its successors can trace their history back to 1898, when tram operation commenced within the city. Motor buses first began operating in 1920, dressed in livery of Brunswick green and white (replaced by Lincoln green and cream in 1954). The co-authors of this book have concentrated on the fleet from the early sixties up to 1998 when the green livery was replaced by First corporate livery, known within bus enthusiast circles as Barbie livery.
