HOW TO SURVIVE BEING A CAT OWNER

Cats are aloof, untrainable, keepers of their own destiny; dogs are sociable with an enthusiasm which borders the manic. But what they have in common is that their owners sometimes need help and reassurance through those long years of feline and canine companionship. So think positively: if the cat claws holes in your curtains, at least it wasn’t your legs; and your dog will stay with you through rain and shine alike (because you’ll be out walking whatever the weather).
