How do I open an account with Bookspeed?
There is a down-loadable form on the Forms button of the main menu. Simply print it off and fill it in. You will need to sign it so it has to go via snail mail. If you wish to set up a credit account then we require two trade references from suppliers you currently have a credit account with. We also need a reference from your bank.
Can I order online?
We are working hard with a software development company to build a website that will allow on-line ordering but we are not quite ready to roll it out just yet. Keep any eye on our News feature for updates on progress.
Do you have a catalogue?
Our full catalogue would be vast! To make it easier for our customer we produce themed colour brochures (check out our most recent ones on the New ranges button)
We are very happy to provide you with any of these brochures that are of interest to you or to discuss a range of stock unique to your site.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order value is £100 at invoice value. For brand new customers we like to do the first two orders on a pro forma basis and the minimum order for these is £150 at invoice value.
How can I pay?
We accept a variety of methods of payment. We far prefer to be paid by BACS but we will also accept phone payments by credit card (which incur a 1% charge) and cheques. Or you can sign up to our CAPS scheme.
